The Hospice of Kimes team

- Hospice of Kimes physicians
- Nurses
- Social Workers
- Bereavement (Grief) Counselors
- Hospice Aides
- Chaplains
- Volunteers.
We work together to provide a full range
of services for the patient, their family
members, and loved ones. Team members are
available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Hospice of Kimes can provide care
in a variety of settings, depending on the
needs of the patient and family. We can
provide care:
- In the patient's home or a family
member's home
- In an inpatient facility
- In an assisted living facility,
skilled nursing facility, or another
residence of the patient's choice

range of different care levels to meet the
needs of the patient and family. Depending
on the situation, Hospice of Kimes can
provide:
- General inpatient care
- Routine home care
- Respite care
- Continuous home care

- Home medical equipment and related
medications
